7-Day Morocco Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Agadir – Marrakech
Depart from Agadir and travel to Marrakech. Upon arrival, enjoy an introduction to the city’s vibrant atmosphere, including its historic quarters and iconic landmarks. Spend the evening soaking up the sights, sounds, and energy of this imperial city.
Day 2: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Rose Valley – Dades Region
Travel across the High Atlas Mountains, stopping at scenic viewpoints and traditional Berber villages. Explore Ait Ben Haddou, a remarkable fortified village with centuries-old earthen architecture. Continue through Ouarzazate and the fragrant Valley of Roses, then reach the Dades region by evening, surrounded by stunning landscapes.
Day 3: Dades Region – Todgha Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga
Explore the dramatic rock formations of the Dades area before continuing to Todgha Gorges, where sheer canyon walls rise above a narrow river. Pass through Berber villages, palm groves, and visit Jorf to see traditional irrigation systems. Stop in Erfoud, known for its fossils and lively markets. In the afternoon, arrive at Merzouga and ride camels into the Erg Chebbi dunes, enjoying a magical desert sunset and overnight under the stars.
Day 4: Merzouga – Khamlia – Rissani – Erg Chebbi

Return to the desert for another camel trek, ending the day with a peaceful night among the dunes.
Day 5: Merzouga – Alnif – Tazarin – Ouarzazate
Spend the morning enjoying the desert: walk among the dunes or try sandboarding. Leave the Sahara behind and travel west through Alnif and Tazarin, passing remote villages and arid landscapes before arriving in Ouarzazate, a city rich in southern Moroccan culture and history.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
Journey back toward Marrakech across the High Atlas Mountains, stopping to admire Berber villages and panoramic mountain vistas. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 7: Marrakech – Agadir
