Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to bookings@moroccomarrakechtrips.com.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or force majeure events. In such cases:

• We will offer you an alternative tour if available.
• If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund.
• We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking.

If you wish to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Any change requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before your tour start date.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, and delay. This can help protect you in case of unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.
