Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Morocco Marrakech Trips, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment
  • A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your tour.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by Morocco Marrakech Trips.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

5. Liability

Morocco Marrakech Trips acts solely as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with our tours. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur by reason of any defect or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out travel arrangements of the tour.
